On Feb 12th, 2011 Women On The Move, a non-profit organization based in South Florida, spread their message of female empowerment to the city of Atlanta, Georgia. The Event titled “Feel Love, Show Love, Honor Love” was held at the Mason Murer Fine Art Museum in Atlanta, GA. Leslie Harris, Founder of WOTM wanted to create an organization that also represents a movement targeted towards Empowering women nationwide who are dedicated to making a Change in the lives of others in addition to raising money to provide grant programs to aid in assisting less fortunate women.
Hosted by Emmy Award Winner Anchor of 11 Alive News ,Karyn Greer and Mid Day Radio Host of Atlanta’s People Station V-103 ,Ramona DeBreaux. This event served as a prelude to Valentine’s Day and Black History Month.
