Antonia “Toya” Carter Wright celebrated the one year anniversary of her GARB clothing boutique last week in New Orleans. Guest enjoyed a full fashion show of new items featured in the store. In addition to GARB’s selection of fashionable women’s garments, Toya’s daughter Reginae Carter premiered a few pieces That will be located in the "Nae's Corner" in the boutique Very Cute !!!
