Two of Atlanta's Top Beauty Experts Join Forces to transform Women from Unique to Chic

As the current recession continues to take hold of the economy, beauty is often placed on the back burner. Bearing this in mind, Soy Thwaites owner of Atlanta’s #1 transitional hair care spa, Salon Soy has joined forces with Atlanta makeup artist Kia Amos to introduce the Unique to Chic Beauty Challenge; a weekly contest giving Atlanta beauty victims’ complimentary hair and makeup transformations.

Each week, one lucky winner will be challenged to receive a Unique to Chic makeover. Families, friends, and co-workers are encouraged to nominate a beauty victim who is in need of the ultimate makeover. From providing tips on how to style your hair to achieving a smoky eye, Unique to Chic Beauty Challenge will help beauty victims find their best look and style using the latest beauty products and techniques. “Transforming limp and dry hair to shiny and luxurious is the appearance we want to achieve,” says Soy Thwaites. Kia Amos continues, “Makeup should highlight your best features. It’s a big misconception that you have to cake your face with makeup…less is more.” Together, both beauty experts will work their magic giving beauty applicants an amazing makeover while sharing secrets of today’s top models. “Looking fabulous isn’t just for models or the rich and famous…all women deserve to look and feel chic,” adds Thwaites.

If you or someone you know is in need of a beauty transformation, please upload a picture, contact info and a brief summary to Salon Soy Facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/salonsoy. All entrants must “like” Salon Soy Facebook page to be eligible to win. One winner will be selected weekly.
