I was first introduced to USANA products at the Dr. Oz Health Expo in September so I was very excited when I was given the opportunity to try out the Nutrimeal Shakes, USANA Probiotics and The Essentials.

USANA Probiotics: is a blend of probiotics bacteria that has been shown to support healthy digestion and sound immune function, I swear this was heaven sent I often have digestion problems and this is so easy to take --- you add a stick pack to water, Nutrimeal or your favorite cold beverage and drink immediately.
Nutrimeal Shakes: A nutritious, plant-based meal replacement shake. This shake is an ideal source of nutrition for when you want to detox and cleanse, or if you need a simple convenient meal replacement without an overpowering flavor. This drink was perfect for days where I didn't have time to prepare a big breakfast I would just make a shake and run out the door.
