Last night, Celebrity Stylist and MIZANI Artist Cesar Ramirez styled R&B singer Ciara’s sleek and stylish bob for the VMAs.

For Ciara’s look last night, Celebrity Stylist and MIZANI Artist Cesar Ramirez wanted to go for a stunning, bold look inspired by some of his favorite 90’s moments. To complement the detailed dress without competing, he created a strong, blunt bob.

· For the color, Cesar created a dark chocolate base with thin slices of a dark toffee highlight.

· Ciara’s hair was prepped with MIZANI Thermasmooth System to achieve a long-lasting, frizz-free, smooth style.
