Sally Hansen x MONSE SS17

Sally Hansen Global Color Ambassador, Madeline Poole, created the nail look at the Monse SS17 show this past Friday where the collection was inspired by the New York woman and the Wall Street suit. For the nail look, Madeline used Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure in Commander in Chic and Au Nature-al to create a soft ombre look so the nails looked like they were "dipped in petroleum."

THE INSPIRATION
The Monse Spring Summer 2017 collection is inspired by the New York woman and the Wall Street suit.

THE NAIL LOOK

Monse turned to Sally Hansen, the #1 Nail Color and Nail Care brand in the US, and Madeline Poole, Sally Hansen Global Color Ambassador, to create the exclusive nail look. To complement Monse’s Spring Summer 2016 collection, designers Laura Kim and Fernando Garcia wanted the nails to look like they were dipped in petroleum.

Madeline created a soft, ombre nail look to fit with the slashed and dipped theme of the collection. The design started with Complete Salon Manicure in Au Nature-al (a sheer, peachy nude) and then fades into Commander in Chic (a purple gray) at the tips
